LET US STOP THIS ABUSE
"Offer a positive attitude, yet don’t get dragged into the whirlpool of negativity!"
This is a unique story written through the eyes of the mother who wrote this to help others.
The story is based on true facts, fictitious names and places have been used. There is some humour as the author talks about her life.
How her horse indirectly takes her to places to find the people who help and offer advice when she desperately needs some guidance.
The beginning of the book explains what can happen to a victim when one is confronted with a trigger from their past abuse. Irrational behaviour is explained in detail.
When the abuse was disclosed it was the mother’s worst nightmare she tried so hard to support her family.
Self-harm is described in all kinds of ways, there was cutting using razor blades, abuse of prescription drugs, attempted suicide etc., victims don’t understand what is happening to them and cannot help but feel the emotional pain.
The mother witnessed psychotic intensity flashbacks where the youngest daughter physically relived the abuse.
When she was confronted with this disclosure she found it hard to know what to do that is why she has written justified anger so if there is someone who may have experienced anything like this they know they are not alone.
Abuse breaks families up. People find it hard to believe when the perpetrators are known to the victim, and also highly respected in the community.
The pieces of paper on the front cover depict the whole story

Is a very angry inner child!
A percentage of the sales of this book will go towards a charity for children, I want to help make a big change, we have to protect our children from these predators!

My feelings of anger were so bad I had to channel them into something positve. Writing this book gave me a lot of satisfaction. I also felt I was helping others as Justified Anger explains Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I am extremely happy now with a new husband who cares about me and encourages me to be the person I am today. I love living in the country, I have a six year old German Shepherd who I trust implicitly and a New Forest pony I have had for many years again he is part of the family, along with a rescued donkey who has a mind of her own, she can be a sweet little love except when it is time for the farrier or if you have plans to put her in a field and she has her own ideas, you then find out who is the strongest! I love all my grandchildren, they are growing up with their own wonderful personalities. One in particular has a love for horses and spends a lot of time with me and my husband. My mum lives with us and enjoys the peace and quiet.
